MSN Ad center – when it will be working as it’s supposed?

Online Advertising is essential for most of the people who do business online and looking for
new opportunities for advertising some of you like me have probably opened an account
at MSN Ad center, well I don’t know about you but I’m already quite disappointed.
For those who hasn’t made this step yet, I’ll tell ‘hold up’ if you don’t want to cause
yourself anxiety and headache.

Here you are some well-founded reasons:

If you need an assistance regarding your campaigns or account you’ll wait quite long for
reply from their support, something which isn’t so huge problem because the support of other
similar companies isn’t also so fast, the biggest problem is that after receiving the long
expected reply you’ll find out that it probably has been quoted from their FAQ section -
something you definitely can read and wouldn’t open a ticket about.
As your question has been lost while you were sending it, no sign of answer or comprehension
what you were asking about, if you have more time you can continue asking and receiving
nonsenses answers as you just start advertising and you’ve signed up for lessons from
Level “I” support.

If you still have some patience left, get ready for the next surprise.
You’re running your campaigns and receiving clicks – you’d say everything’s fine – what then?
then this – try to pause or stop a campaign – no luck.
It’s just impossible – a pop up window will just let you know that you can’t do that, if you
finally somehow manage to outwit it and see your campaigns paused DO NOT believe it at all,
you’ll continue to receive clicks – guess why?, because your campaigns are still running.
Of course your cost per clicks also increases although these are already unwanted clicks,
they are not free of charge and you just can do nothing but to see how the amount you
spend on advertising goes up. For this issue you’ll get a reply that it’s a well-known problem :)
but this well known problem is existing and who knows when it will be fixed.
Maybe after thousand software experiments at advertisers’ expense, advertisers who are
unable to manage their campaigns and who pay out of their pockets for additional clicks they
wouldn’t like to get but they do because MSN have foreknown about these well-known
problems but launched their ADvertising center obviously thinking they can learn “in motion”.

Another good example that earning money is more important than everything else including
client’s satisfaction and the quality of the service.

I’d say – Thanks, but no thanks!
Wouldn’t like to play on an experimental field.
